Pre-K 3 through 2nd Grades
Students will hear stories and be introduced to the library and do hands-on projects relating to stories and books integrating all curriculum ideas.
3rd through 5th Grades
Students will focus primarily on library skills that will enable them to “find” their way around the library. The students will also read books and do hands-on projects integrating all curriculum areas.
6th through 8th Grades
Students will read books and do hands-on projects integrating all curriculum areas. Students will also focus on how to utilize the library for their research papers and projects.
We will have Literature Circles for grades 1 through 5. We will have a contest for students at different levels who read the most books during the school year.
